Contracting with people to plan and/or implement their events which largely consists of delivering physical products (rentals), but also includes creative vision and execution to pull off successful events.
Job Overview
We are looking to add an Crew Lead to oversee and enhance our warehouse and delivery success. The Crew Leader will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing event setups, leading a team of Delivery Staff, ensuring equipment is properly maintained, while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities & Experience

- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment
- Problem-solving and Time Management skills
- Event Planning and Coordination experience is a plus
- Knowledge of event rental equipment and setups is a plus
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Proven experience in operations management or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while managing multiple priorities.
- Experience in project management with a focus on delivering results.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with as eye for improvement opportunities.
- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, be adaptable in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for driving operational success.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
