The Beyer Automotive Group is a family-run business, currently selling and servicing Volvo, Land Rover, Kia, Subaru, across greater Washington DC and at four separate locations.
The Inventory Manager maintains records and keeps track of vehicles as they are delivered to and shipped from the dealership. The Inventory Manager will also coordinate with the service department, get ready department and body shop to assure vehicles are processed and retail-ready.

Responsibilities
- Maintain control of all incoming and grounded new and used car inventory
- Control of all display vehicles and the display area, detailing of display vehicles
- Control of all lease terminations
- Control of Dealer Exchanges
- Control of Dealer Demo/loaner car inventory and monthly asset reporting
- Assist with annual vehicle inventory
- Assist with vehicle transfer for car shows and client delivery
Requirements
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- College degree in Business or related field preferred
- Previous dealership or “get ready” experience is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Self-Motivated
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial drive and sense of urgency to obtain results on a consistent basis
- Have a valid driver's license with good driving record
- Basic computer skills
- High level of initiative and ability to work in a team
