Duties
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including talent acquisition, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Oversee HR and payroll systems.
- Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance on conflict management and resolution.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, including FMLA and workers' compensation regulations.
- Utilize data analysis skills to assess HR metrics and drive decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
- Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth opportunities.
Experience
- 10 yrs of proven experience in HR. 5 yrs in a leadership role. (manufacturing preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related.
- This is an in-person role. You must be located in Millville, NJ or willing to relocate.
