Job Requirements:
- Requires Bachelor's degree
- Must have 2 yrs of experience.
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
- Perform quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) checks to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and ISO 9001 standards.
- Understand and write SOPs.
- Utilize vision inspection systems to identify defects or inconsistencies in products.
- Collect and research data related to product quality, compiling reports for management review.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality management systems to enhance product reliability.
Skills
- Proficiency in research data collection techniques related to quality control processes.
- Strong understanding of FDA regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience with QA/QC methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards for quality management systems.
