Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Restoration Technician to join our team at Beyond Clean Tile. This role is essential in delivering high-quality restoration services for tile and stone surfaces, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Perform restoration and cleaning services for tile, grout, and natural stone surfaces.
• Achieve a 4.8 average review rating from customer feedback.
• Minimize callbacks by ensuring work is thorough and complete the first time.
• Take initiative—when the other Technician is handling other responsibilities, keep the job moving and make sure no detail is missed.
• Identify and recommend additional services when appropriate.
• Keep tools and vehicles in top condition with routine checks and cleaning.
• Arrive on time and ready to work, maintaining a strong attendance record.
• Utilize buffing equipment and other tools to achieve optimal results.
• Inspect surfaces before and after restoration to ensure quality standards are met.
• Communicate with customers professionally, answering questions and explaining the process as needed.
• Maintain equipment and ensure a clean work environment at all times.
• Adhere to safety protocols while performing tasks.
• Protect customers’ property, using tarps, corner guards, and tape to prevent damage
• Operate company vehicle safely and professionally as needed.

Requirements

Experience & Background

• Prior experience in mobile detailing, auto body work, janitorial/cleaning, cabinetry, or stone masonry is a plus—but we’re willing to train the right candidate.

Physical & Technical Abilities

• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 75 lbs.) throughout the day.
• Comfortable working on hands and knees as necessary to complete restoration projects.
• Strong mechanical aptitude—must be able to operate and maintain specialized restoration equipment.

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required to operate company vehicles).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime when needed.
• Must be able to pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Comfortable working in a drug-free environment
• A background in hands-on, detail-focused work is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 55 per week
