As a brand-new in-patient rehab hospital, we are committed to setting new standards in patient care and rehabilitation. We value compassion, excellence, and teamwork, and we are looking for an experienced Maintenance Tech to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Tech is responsible for maintaining the facility and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable Federal, State and Local standards, guidelines and regulations, and established policies and procedures. This position will assist with general repairs as needed and perform preventive maintenance according to the prescribed schedule. This position may also be assigned security responsibilities.

Qualifications
What we are looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience working in building or mechanical field required.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems preferred.
- Ability to project a professional image.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
