What You’ll Do:
- Stock and restock the bar with liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies
- Keep bar stations clean, organized, and fully prepped at all times
- Wash and polish glassware to meet presentation standards
- Support bartenders during service by anticipating their needs
- Handle trash, recycling, and inventory restocks quickly and efficiently
- Maintain safety and sanitation procedures in all bar areas
- Communicate proactively with the bar and front of house teams
- Complete opening and closing duties to keep the bar running like clockwork
Experience: 6 months in a restaurant, bar or hospitality role preferred
Skills: Strong attention to detail, fast-paced efficiency, and physical stamina
Attitude: Reliable, humble, and ready to support the team
Work Ethic: Dependable, clean, and ready to hustle
Team-player: You're the type that jumps in without being asked
