BARBACK
The barback is responsible for supporting the bartender in the daily operations of the bar. A smile, kindness, courtesy, and industry knowledge are all pre-requisites of the job. Responsible for performing all duties according to the company policies, procedures, Internal Controls, gaming board guidelines, and state liquor laws.

- Stocking the bar with supplies and inventory
- Preparing garnishes and ingredients for cocktails
- Cleaning and maintaining the bar area
- Assisting the bartender in serving drinks to customers
- Handling cash and credit card transactions
- Ensuring that the bar is well-stocked and organized at all times
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma/ GED Equivalent, required.
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Prior experience as a barback or in a similar role, preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and Holidays.
