What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Guide guests through our menu with confidence and enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS
- Deliver orders promptly and check in to ensure satisfaction
- Provide personalized, attentive service throughout the meal
- Upsell appetizers, cocktails, and specials to boost the guest experience
- Handle payments and close checks accurately
- Help maintain a clean, organized dining and service area
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Experience: 1 year of serving experience preferred (but personality goes a long way)
Skills: Great communication, multitasking, and people skills
Attitude: Friendly, reliable, and motivated to give every guest a great experience
Work Ethic: Thrives in a high-volume, high-energy environment
Professionalism: Strong attention to detail and customer service
