Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Marketing and Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. Your responsibilities will include creating and submitting sales reports, building rapport with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals.
The representative must possess a strong understanding of the technology landscape and stay updated on industry trends to provide informed recommendations. They are tasked with developing and executing sales strategies, conducting presentations, and negotiating contracts to close deals. Additionally, the MSP Sales Representative collaborates closely with technical teams to ensure that client expectations are met and that services are delivered effectively.
Success in this role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients. A background in IT sales or a related field is often preferred, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in outside sales, MSP and IT industry preferred
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
Salary : $40,000 - $50,000
