We are seeking a Member Services Representative to serve as the frontline contact for our members, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping people navigate their healthcare options. We are looking for a team member with aspirations of growing within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Beyond Med members via phone, email, and chat.
- Make outgoing calls and check-ins to membership base
- Assist members with inquiries regarding their benefits, provider network, coverage, and account information.
- Guide members through the process of booking appointments with healthcare providers.
- Educate members on the services and features available through Beyond Med’s network.
- Troubleshoot and resolve member issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of member interactions in our CRM system.
- Support member onboarding efforts, ensuring a smooth transition into Beyond Med’s healthcare ecosystem.
- Assist in obtaining SMS opt-in consent from members for marketing and communication purposes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Provider Relations, and Tech Support) to enhance the overall member experience.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the manager to support team's objectives and business needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2 years of customer service, call center, or healthcare experience preferred.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage high-volume interactions efficiently.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to member concerns.
- Experience using CRM software and customer support platforms.
- Familiarity with healthcare services, insurance models, or wellness programs is a plus.
