We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Team Members to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our bakery - greeting regulars, guiding our customers through our menu, sharing our story, and making every transaction feel thoughtful and personal. And when the front is quiet, you’ll jump in to help the team in the back.
You will be responsible for various tasks contributing to the smooth operation of our front-of-house activities, including assisting customers, managing transactions, and maintaining cleanliness.

Your Responsibilities:
Greet customers with warmth and confidence..
Share product knowledge, answer questions, and upsell when appropriate.
Accurately process orders and handle cash/card transactions
Restock pastry displays and retail items
Maintain a clean, welcoming front area.
Support the back-of-house team with light prep, cleaning, or packing during slow times.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Assist in training new team members on front-of-house procedures and systems.
