As a valued Front of House Team Member, you are responsible to care for our guests by being the welcoming face at our store and providing outstanding customer service through various tasks such as giving a friendly greeting to a guest, taking orders, assembling meals or simply providing a listening ear to one of our guests. Serving as our primary connection to guests, you directly represent us and the brand and ensure all guests feel cared for as if they were our own Ohana.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all visitors with genuine hospitality, serving and caring for all guests' needs
- Take orders and payment accurately
- Make and serve our delicious Icedream products
- Bag and deliver meal orders to our guests
- Clean the store and wipe down tables in the dining room
- Restock bins and inventory as needed
- Support team members and leaders
Qualifications
- A passion for pursing excellence in all you do and genuine care for others
- Ability to demonstrate sincere hospitality to others
- Required availability Monday-Saturday for full-time roles (working an average of 33 hour per week or more) and preferred availability of at least 5 days for part-time. Shift hours can vary depending on availability but for morning shift, shifts generally fall somewhere between 5:00am-2:00pm, and for night between 2:00pm-10:00pm (Note: our store hours of operation are from 6:00am-9:00pm)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (both inside and outside the store)
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Have reliable transportation
- Be able to work together with others, adaptable, and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
