Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and provide assistance as needed.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are captured.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions with precision.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
• Assist in food handling and preparation as required, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery.
• Manage time effectively during peak hours to maintain service quality.

Experience

• Previous experience in a quick-service fast food restaurant is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and culinary knowledge is advantageous.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
