Position Summary:
As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will design and implement scalable recruiting strategies to support Beyond Risk and our partner companies in the insurance industry. You will source top-tier candidates for specialized roles like Tax Analysts, Underwriters, Claims Specialists, and Sales Professionals while driving efficiency and consistency across the hiring process.
This role combines a strategic mindset with hands-on execution. You will focus on reducing time-to-fill, building robust talent pipelines, and equipping hiring managers with the tools to make impactful hiring decisions. Only Utah- based candidates will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and partner companies to define job requirements and create detailed role profiles for open positions.
- Proactively source, screen, and guide candidates through the hiring process for specialized roles, including Underwriters, Actuaries, Claims Specialists, Sales Professionals, and Tax Analysts/Managers
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and long-term hiring needs.
- Design and implement standardized, scalable recruiting processes to ensure efficiency and consistency across partner companies.
- Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, hiring trends, and pipeline health, to drive continuous improvement.
- Train and coach hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques, candidate evaluation, and best practices for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Provide consultative support to senior leaders to align talent acquisition strategies with business goals.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive talent practices, and regulatory changes to ensure compliant and innovative talent strategies.
- Leverage tools like ADP Recruiter, LinkedIn, and other platforms to source and attract high-quality candidates.
Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of experience as a Talent Business Partner or similar role sourcing for specialized roles within the insurance industry.
- Proven success designing and implementing talent strategies across multiple organizations or business units.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry's talent needs, recruitment challenges, and regulations.
- Proficiency in ADP Recruiter, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track, interpret, and act on recruitment metrics.
- Exceptional communication, consultative, and relationship-building skills.
