Beyond Security is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Security Officer for our Red, White, & Bloom opening in Sanderson, Florida. The Security Officer will ensure the safety and security of the premises, personnel, and assets. This role requires high vigilance, professionalism, and adherence to security protocols. The pay rate is $15.50 per hour.

Responsibilities:
1. Patrol assigned areas to detect and deter unauthorized activity.
2. Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems.
3. Conduct regular security checks of buildings, facilities, and equipment.
4. Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
5. Maintain accurate records of security-related activities, incidents, and observations.
6. Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.
7. Provide assistance and support to employees, visitors, and guests as needed.
8. Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary.
Requirements:
1. Must possess a valid security license issued by the state of Florida.
2. Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
5. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
6. Physical ability to perform security-related tasks, including walking, standing, and lifting.
