- Perform tree climbing for pruning, removals, and other services.
- Safely operate and maintain climbing gear, chainsaws, and rigging equipment.
- Assess tree health and stability, identifying potential hazards.
- Follow proper pruning techniques to improve tree health and aesthetics.
- Remove hazardous branches and trees while minimizing risks.
- Work with the ground crew to ensure safe debris removal.
- Maintain job site safety and cleanliness per company policies.
- Communicate with clients, providing expert tree care advice.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in tree climbing, pruning, and removals.
- Knowledge of tree species, health assessments, and safety protocols.
- Ability to operate and maintain tree care tools and equipment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- ISA Certification (preferred but not required).
