What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead Clinical Care: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), design Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and ensure clinical excellence across all programs.
• Mentor and Empower Your Team: Supervise, guide, and support RBTs and other clinicians, fostering an environment where growth, feedback, and improvement thrive.
• Collaborate with Families: Build lasting relationships with families and external organizations, ensuring the best outcomes for every child.
• Drive Clinic Operations: Manage scheduling, staff coordination, and daily activities with a focus on efficiency and excellence.
• Expand Our Reach: Participate in community outreach and marketing efforts to raise the clinic’s profile and attract new families.

What We’re Looking For:

• BCBA Certification: You’re Board Certified and experienced in ABA therapy for children with autism. Your expertise will be the foundation of our clinical success.
• Leadership Skills: Whether you’ve led a team before or are ready to step into a leadership role, we’re looking for someone who can inspire, guide, and support a dynamic team with confidence and compassion.
• Passion for Impact: You are driven to help children and families and are passionate about creating meaningful change in their lives.
