Inside Sales Representative Description:

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

• Build and maintain relationships with customers

• Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management

• Stay up to date with industry trends, product innovations, and competitor activities to effectively position our products on the market

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities, converting leads into successful sales

• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate plumbing solutions based on their needs and specifications

• Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure both customer satisfaction and company profitability

• Collaborate with our customer service team to address any post-sales issues or concerns

• Have fun working on a vibrant, talented team!

Job Requirements:

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the plumbing or related industry

• Strong knowledge of plumbing products, systems, and applications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities

• Ability to build and nurture lasting relationships with customers, team members, and industry professionals

• Experience in using CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports
