Position Summary:
The Front Desk Representative is an integral part of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process for our guests. This role requires a friendly, outgoing, and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival, providing them with information about the campground and its amenities.
- Checking guests in and out, verifying their reservations, collecting payment, and assigning them to their campsites.
- Answering phone calls and emails, providing information about the campground, processing reservations, and addressing guest inquiries.
- Maintaining accurate records of all guest transactions and ensuring that all paperwork is completed correctly.
- Assisting guests with any questions or concerns they may have, and resolving any issues that arise promptly and professionally.
- Promoting campground events and activities to guests.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
