POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a System Engineer for a Hybrid based opening in Redmond, WA for a long term contract role.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Server Installation and Configuration: Responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server, Azure Local, and Linux.
- Server Hardware Management: Includes server rack mounting, dismounting, and rack deployment.
- Windows Server System Administration: Covers the setup and maintenance of AD, DNS, DHCP, and Hyper-V virtualization environments.
- Network Equipment Management: Familiar with the configuration and maintenance of L2 / L3 Switches to ensure stable internal network operations.
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Responsible for monitoring and maintaining servers and network equipment to ensure high system availability and quickly resolving any issues.
- IT Environment Support: Assist internal employees with IT environment deployment and setup, providing technical support and optimization suggestions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in Windows Server installation and management.
- Experience in server hardware installation and rack management.
- Familiar with L2 / L3 Switch configuration, such as VLAN, Spanning Tree, and Routing.
- Strong problem analysis and solving skills, capable of independently handling system and network-related issues.
- Good communication skills and team spirit.
- Candidate can take on leadership responsibilities and actively communicate with the offshore team on a regular basis.
- Must be fluent speaking, reading and writing in Mandarin and English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Relevant certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or CCNP.
- Familiarity with WDS deployment and automated installation techniques.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware).
- Experience in IT security and backup management.
- Familiarity with Azure or other cloud platform technologies.

- A competitive pay range of $125k-$135k (depending on experience).

Salary : $125,000 - $135,000
