The Role
The Benefits Administrator will coordinate, interpret, and support employee benefit programs that meet our employees' healthcare and/or retirement needs and the company's financial goals. Process vendor transactions through administrative platforms and process benefit transactions through the HRIS system. The role will also serve as the day-to-day administrator across a large employee population globally in the following countries (but not limited to) USA, Canada, UK, Israel, Germany, France, Netherlands, Singapore, Australia, and UAE.
What You'll Do
- Administer global benefits programs (health, retirement, life, disability, voluntary), ensuring timely and accurate HRIS processing of enrollments, terminations, changes, deductions, and carrier data.
- Manage new employee orientations by informing employees of the details of the company's benefit programs.
- Manage the Total Rewards ServiceNow ticketing system and respond within the defined SLA.
- Assist employees with benefit related issues by providing guidance on the company's benefit programs and processes to ensure a timely resolution.
- Collaborate with payroll to resolve deduction errors promptly and track benefit-related payroll changes for processing.
- Conduct benefit audits, including HRIS report generation and data issue resolution in collaboration with the Total Rewards Analyst, to ensure data accuracy and implement necessary corrections.
- Assist with the Beyond Expectations recognition program as needed.
- Assist with all annual benefit renewals.
- Assist with wellness initiatives throughout the year.
- Provide backup support to the Leave Administrator.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of relevant policies and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and attention to detail.
Nice To Have
- PHR/SHRM-CP preferred
- International HR experience preferred
- UKG experience is preferred but not required.
