We are seeking a skilled Total Rewards Coordinator to join our Total Rewards Team. This role is responsible for providing operational support to ensure seamless, timely, and effective processes across a broad range of benefits, compensation, total rewards, and other areas of Total Rewards.
\The successful candidate will administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, COBRA, and retirement plans. They will also oversee benefits onboarding on HRIS and ensure completion, along with appropriate deductions/taxable benefits.
\Key responsibilities include maintaining the Benefits team mailboxes, coordinating and executing weekly benefits orientations for new staff, and reviewing and approving benefit changes submitted in Dayforce/PayCom. The candidate will also complete monthly benefits invoices reconciliations for Canada and both US businesses, and assist with the implementation and management of recognition and rewards programs.
\To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. You will also need proven experience administering company benefits programs in both Canada and the U.S., including new hire enrollments, open enrollment, invoice reconciliation, and managing health, wellness, and retirement plans.
