Role Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Strong Knowledge of all trades - technical trade understanding, building codes, trade sequencing
- Ability to make a detailed project schedule
- Ability to do construction trade layouts
- Strong communicator
- Digital plan reading
- Coachable team player
- Strong task manager with ability to work without supervision
- Able to effectively read and understand construction plans, contracts and specifications
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Daily assistance with management of jobsite and subcontractors
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and safety protocols
- Qualify subcontract change orders and related documentation
- Completion of project within scheduled timeframe
- Make sure project conforms to plans, specifications and quality workmanship
- Timely communication of project status, changes, issues, solutions
- Daily progress photos and record keeping
- Reviewing plans and blueprints
- Coordinate and verify all close out documents
