Seeking an active and self-motivated Commercial and High-End Residential Superintendent. In this role, you will collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and on-site teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership and expertise will be essential in upholding our reputation for excellence in construction

Role Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Strong communicator - oral and written
- Email and digital communications - Outlook, Word, Excel
- Digital plan reading
- Digital Take-offs and mark-ups - Bluebeam and construction related software
- Ability to develop and maintain project schedule - Smartsheet and other software
- Knowledge of all trades - technical trade understanding, building codes, trade sequencing
- Coachable team player
- Strong task manager with ability to work without supervision
- Able to effectively read and understand construction plans, contracts and specifications
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Opening and securing the job site at the beginning and end of each day.
- Ensuring the project is constructed in strict accordance with the plans and specifications.
- Scheduling subcontractors, vendors, and consultants on the critical path to ensure timely completion.
- Ensuring subcontractors fully execute and comply with their contracted scope of work.
- Identifying work areas outside of the subcontractor's scope.
- Implementing and adhering to Quality Control standards for all work performed.
- Communicating with the project team regarding RFIs and material submittals.
- Coordinating required inspections with local authorities.
- Identifying construction progress conflicts and communicating them to the project team for resolution.
- Maintaining a daily written log with photos of job site activities.
- Managing 3-week look-ahead schedules and working with Project Managers to update and forecast schedules.
- Keeping the job site clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Conducting and completing the punch list.
- Ensuring a positive and well-managed client experience.
- Ensuring the project is constructed in strict accordance with the plans and specifications.
