HFW has a current opening for Full-Time Line Operator on our 1st shift. 1st shift is usually Monday thru Friday. Some Saturdays would be needed. If you are looking for a change of career or just need a change, HFW could be the place for you.
The line operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a production line in a manufacturing facility. You will perform tasks such as setting up machinery, monitoring equipment performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring quality control measures are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and prepare production line equipment for operation
- Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as necessary
- Troubleshoot issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Monitor quality control measures and make adjustments to ensure product quality
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Complete production reports and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
