Responsibilities:
• Overseeing all the operational activities
• Watering and fertilizing all plant as necessary
• Maintaining appropriate light conditions and orientation
• Deadheading (removing any damaged or unsightly leaves, etc.)
• Pruning, trimming, and removing debris from planters
• Continuously improving the quality of products to meet the set standards and customers’ requirements
• Developing and implementing a comprehensive maintenance program for the plant
• Maintaining all administrative records
• Maintaining inventory levels and controlling the flow of product
Skills and Qualifications:
• Comprehensive understanding of plant biology and growth habits
• Diagnosing plant issues and developing solutions
• Effectively communicating plant care information to customers
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks
