Responsibilities:
Overseeing all the operational activities
Watering and fertilizing all plant as necessary
Maintaining appropriate light conditions and orientation
Deadheading (removing any damaged or unsightly leaves, etc.)
Pruning, trimming, and removing debris from planters
Continuously improving the quality of products to meet the set standards and customers requirements
Developing and implementing a comprehensive maintenance program for the plant
Maintaining all administrative records
Maintaining inventory levels and controlling the flow of product
Skills and Qualifications:
Comprehensive understanding of plant biology and growth habits
Diagnosing plant issues and developing solutions
Effectively communicating plant care information to customers
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks
