Yes, you — the organized, friendly, problem-solving type. We’re looking for a Business Development Coordinator Assistant to join our team at BFS Fleet Service. If you like working with people, keeping things running smoothly, and don’t mind talking about cars (even if you’re not a mechanic), this could be your thing.
What you’ll actually be doing:
- Keeping our fleet clients happy — answering their questions, helping them schedule services, and making sure they feel taken care of.
- Booking maintenance and repair appointments (you’ll be the go-to for keeping the calendar on point).
- Helping us stay organized — tracking service history and keeping client info tidy.
- Supporting new client onboarding — making sure their first impression is top-notch.
- Working with our team to quickly handle client concerns and find solutions.
- Following up after services to make sure clients are smiling and ready to come back.
- Updating service records and scheduling info in our Point of Sale system (don’t worry, we’ll show you the ropes).
What we’re looking for:
- A high school diploma (bonus points for a business or marketing background).
- Customer service or admin experience — even better if you’ve worked with vehicles or fleet services.
- Solid communication skills — you’ll be chatting with clients every day.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Point of Sale systems.
- Someone who’s organized, detail-oriented, and likes to solve problems.
- A team player who’s positive and ready to jump in where needed.

Pay: $21.86 - $23.07 per hour
