Manager

Basic Function:

The manager is primarily responsible for providing work direction to the drivers. Specifically, the manager is to inform the drivers of the various locations to deliver product.

Essential Functions:

• Dispatching all drivers. To that end, this position is responsible for advising drivers where to deliver product;
• Responsible for taking fuel orders
• Maintain contacts and relationships with existing customers, so as to maintain their satisfaction level with the company;
• Schedule tank installations and all LP gas service;
• Responsible for ordering all supplies and parts necessary for location;
• Responsible for all paperwork generated by location;
• Responsible for ordering fuel and LP gas for the bulk plant;
• Drive truck as needed and perform necessary tank installation as needed;
• Assist with training and hiring process of new employees

Qualifications:

• High School education; and
• 5 years in petroleum industry; and
• Commercial driver’s license with Hazmat and Tanker endorsement
