Sales Associate - Body Fit Training Hoboken
Location: 770 Jackson St, Hoboken, NJ 07030
Compensation: $15 per hour 10% commission on sales (average commission of $20-$30 per sale)
Body Fit Training (BFT) Hoboken is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Associate to join our team! As the face of BFT, you’ll play a crucial role in greeting members, driving membership sales, and promoting a positive environment in our studio. This is a great opportunity for those who are passionate about fitness and enjoy engaging with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist members and prospective clients at the front desk.
- Sell memberships, personal training packages, and retail items.
- Achieve 30-40 sales per month, with an expected commission of $600-$1,200.
- Support with social media marketing and promotion of BFT Hoboken.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming studio environment.
- Handle opening and closing duties, including financial reporting.
- Provide excellent customer service and manage member inquiries.
Requirements:
- Available for shifts between 5:00 AM and 9:00 PM, including weekends.
- Ability to commit to a 3-month probationary period.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for fitness.
- Prior sales experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week.

Qualifications
