We are currently hiring a Project Inspector/Project Manager to support the Neighborhood Lead Service Line Replacement (LSLR) project for the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority (PWSA) in partnership with AECOM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the Owner’s representative on behalf of AECOM for the LSLR project.
- Manage project documents, correspondence, and permits using the Owner’s project management system (e-Builder).
- Coordinate permits with city departments including DOMI, City Forestry, and Allegheny County Health.
- Oversee safety compliance and help resolve any project-related complaints.
- Assist in reviewing project schedules, shop drawings, and submittals.
- Maintain thorough project records and documentation.
- Support change order management and environmental testing reports.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Inspector.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotech, or Architecture preferred (but not required).
- Daily onsite presence is required.
