This leader will be responsible for defining and implementing an operational model that optimizes our processes, fosters collaboration, and enhances our service delivery. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in change management, training, and continuous improvement, ensuring that our teams are equipped to navigate and thrive in an evolving business landscape.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a hybrid position requiring onsite collaboration. The role will be based out of our office located in New York City. All candidates must be willing to commute into the office on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities:
Define an Operational Model
- Develop a structured framework that outlines how our organization operates, including workflows, roles, and responsibilities.
- Align operational processes with strategic business goals to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of the operational model.
- Lead the development and implementation of change management strategies to support the transition to new processes and structures.
- Proactively identify and address challenges to adoption, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Engage stakeholders at all levels, fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs to equip employees with the knowledge and skills needed to operate within the new framework.
- Develop learning resources, workshops, and coaching initiatives to reinforce best practices.
- Partner with HR and department heads to ensure ongoing professional development aligned with transformation objectives.
- Establish a robust audit framework to assess compliance with the new operational model and identify areas for enhancement.
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of business transformation initiatives and recommend process refinements.
- Leverage data and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making and sustained operational excellence.
- 12 years of experience in business transformation, operations, or a related field within healthcare marketing, advertising, or a similar industry.
- Proven expertise in operational model development, change management, and process optimization.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs to support organizational change.
- Data-driven mindset with a track record of leveraging metrics to measure success and inform strategy.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
