Aurel Partners operates an Agency model adding value to the client base providing excellent execution capabilities, top-down macro thematic risk and tactical services, across all-asset classes to institutional investors. The role is within the Cross-Asset Sales team with rates product focus on G10 and EM rates, including cleared swaps and inflation, nominal and linker bonds.
Aurel is focused on building deep client relationships, partnering up with these clients to execute their product interests with anonymous execution. Responsibilities:
- Rate Sales, within the Cross Asset Sales Group at Aurel Partners.
- Role Based in New York.
- Salary/Commission based role, focus on individual and team production.
- Collegiate, entrepreneurial approach, working in a small but growing team, comprising of a highly experienced team, with wealth of experience in "sell side" sales, broking and trading backgrounds.
- Rates trade idea generation that is timely and executable.
- Assisting the onboarding process for client accounts across Macro products.
- Improving existing processes across the Macro desk, contributing, and augmenting technological and revenue generation process.
Qualifications:
- Candidate should have a minimum of 5yrs of sales experience (preferably sell side) and literate in Macro financial products, notably Interest Rate Swaps, ASW, Inflation swaps, Bonds and Listed rate derivatives.
- Established and Existing strong client relationships that predominantly are rates focused.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.

Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master's degree level preferably in Sciences, Economics, Finance & Accounting, Engineering or Computer Science
Salary: $150,000 - $250,000
The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
