Job Summary:
BGSF has partnered with a leading automotive company to find an Account Manager. This full-time position is located in Franklin, IN, with minimal travel requirements.
Primary Duties:
- Foster strong relationships with OEM clients to drive sales and growth
- Support the Sales Team in achieving their targets and objectives
- Develop and implement effective sales forecasting and negotiation strategies
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform product and pricing decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless APQP execution
- Deliver exceptional customer service and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Work closely with the legal department to ensure compliance with customer contracts and agreements
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and progress
- Prioritize time-sensitive tasks and adapt to changing priorities as needed
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in account management or a related field
- Proven track record of success in the motor vehicle industry, with at least 3 years' recent experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to analyze complex data sets
- Preferred: experience with SAP or similar enterprise software
