- Develop and maintain a strong network of relationships with key decision-makers.
- Understand the needs and challenges of clients in the real estate and construction industries.
- Develop and deliver tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of clients.
- Negotiate and close contracts with new and existing clients.
- Track and measure the success of business development efforts.

Qualifications:
