- Coordinate daily logistics operations, encompassing shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Negotiate and maintain relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PL) for optimal transportation and storage solutions.
- Employ demand planning techniques to accurately forecast inventory requirements and optimize stock levels.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of shipments, contracts, and materials management systems.
- Collaborate with supply chain management teams to enhance process efficiency and productivity.
- Adhere to government documentation standards for compliance.
- Manage import and export documentation, including commercial invoices, entry summaries, and packing lists.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US import and export regulations.
Essential Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics.
- Import/export experience necessary.
- Familiarity with government compliance standards essential.
- Bachelor's Degree desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel mandatory.
