What are the responsibilities and job description for the Internal Audit Direcotr position at BGSF?
BGSF is representing a ~$1B revenue company seeking to hire for position of Internal Audit Director.
Location will be based in Odessa / Midland area with full onsite work model. Reasonable relocation assistance may be offered for individuals desiring to relocate the area.
This will be an individual contributor role without direct reports such that individual must be comfortable serving as a one-person audit department reporting to the the Audit Committee Chairman.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelors degree
- CIA, CPA, or CFE preferred
- 8 years of relevant experience in public accounting and / or internal auditing within a large / mid-size company
- Solid audit experience within prior Audit Manager or Audit Director title levels
- Exposure to EPC (engineering, procurement, construction), battery storage, O&G companies, or construction required
