Job Description: Deal Sourcing & Networking Specialist
Compensation:
- $75K per year-$125K 18–25% bonus of base salary, performance-based
Work Schedule:
- Schedule: Flexible work hours; availability outside 9-5 (evenings/weekends) may be necessary for deal-making and networking.
Overview: This role involves sourcing deals, identifying opportunities, and networking to drive business growth. While internet-side experience is a plus, it is not required. The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate or brokerage and will thrive in a flexible, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential real estate deals and opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, engineers, and industry contacts.
- Source and evaluate properties, aligning them with company goals.
- Collaborate with a small, cross-functional team, including marketing and engineering.
- Engage in networking activities outside traditional working hours (evenings/weekends).
- Utilize strong industry knowledge to navigate challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
Role Requirements:
- Experience: 2 years of Real estate experience, with a preference for brokerage or land acquisition backgrounds (experience in oil & gas land acquisition is a plus).
- Skills: Strong networking, research, and deal-making abilities. Ability to work independently and in close collaboration with a small team.
- Industry Similarity: Experience in industries similar to land acquisition in oil & gas is prefered.
Salary : $75,000 - $125,000
