Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong network of vendors and referral partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and nurture relationships with potential partners
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive business growth
- Train and mentor new sales representatives to ensure their success
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and networking
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in training or mentoring sales teams is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation:
- Project-based pay with a primarily commission structure
- $75,000 to $150,000 per year
