What are the responsibilities and job description for the Onboarding Specialist position at BGSF?
Our client, a nonprofit organization, is seeking an onboarding specialist to support their team starting ASAP on contract basis. This will be a 3 months contract assignment, with a hybrid work schedule (Tuesdays & Wednesdays onsite at their downtown Chicago office). 2-3 years of HR/onboarding experience is required, experience in a nonprofit organization is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Executing comprehensive onboarding programs.
- Conducting orientation sessions.
- Providing support to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Educating new hires on company procedures, practices, and policies.
- Assisting with necessary paperwork and introductions to the team.
Salary : $22 - $25
