Summary
We are looking to hire a skilled Technical Recruiter to assist with the sourcing and onboarding of candidates for specialized technical positions. In this role, you will source and interact with potential candidates online, develop talent pipelines, conduct initial candidate screenings, start onboarding and set up interviews. You may also be required to manage the candidate database, aid sales with job descriptions and attend all client qualification calls.
Essential Functions
• Source candidates for all active direct-hire, cross-sell, and contract jobs
• Post positions to job boards like Indeed and call through qualified applicants
• Responsible for 40 candidate calls a week
• Match candidate to recruiter and schedule initial interview, phone call or technical screen.
• Responsible for reviewing all web responses and job applications daily
• Work with the Human Resources team regarding social media job postings, posting of new roles, removing old jobs etc.
• Start the onboarding process with candidates and walk them through the candidate application process and schedule orientations
• Aid the sales with job description clean up when qualifications change
• Complete reference checks and record notes in database if needed
• Attend all qualification calls and send out detailed notes to recruiting team
• Send out partner company blasts when necessary for hard to fill jobs
• Send out open job reports for all divisions daily for cross-sell activity
Qualifications
• Detailed knowledge of modern sourcing techniques
• Excellent communication skills, and good interviewing skills
• Ability to source the perfect candidate for positions that are often hard to fill
