Sales Recruiter Responsibilities :
- Make 75-100 daily outbound Cold Calls to qualified candidates who match the job requirements.
- Utilize multiple recruitment tools to their full extent including Phone, Text, Email, Video, Referrals, and Social media to generate new business.
- Thoroughly screen and present interested candidates to the assigned Account Executive.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication critical thinking skills.
- Utilize a production-driven mindset to meet and exceed KPI goals and objectives weekly.
Qualifications :
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive base salary with an aggressive and unlimited commission plan; medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, and 401K is available to every team member. Earning potential is uncapped and first year targeted potential for top performers is between $65,000-$90,000 while third year targeted income is between $100,00-$135,000.
