Key Responsibilities:
- Build a network of talent contacts to source qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with applicants.
- Actively hunt and passively recruit talent for PLS at college networking events.
- Track and document recruiting efforts in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist in new hire orientation and manage onboarding paperwork.
- Review applications to assess work history, education, and job skills.
- Screen and refer candidates for additional interviews within the organization.
- Utilize all available recruiting and sourcing platforms to engage candidates.
- Provide potential applicants with company information and job opportunities.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2 years of recruiting experience strongly preferred.
