Hiring: FTE or 1099
We are currently seeking a dedicated Program Administration Specialist to join our team. This role involves assisting in the preparation of management plans, coordinating schedules, and facilitating the completion of project deliverables and reports. The ideal candidate will have experience in program administration, familiarity with government contracts, and the ability to perform detailed analysis and review of program operating plans and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of management plans and customer reports.
- Coordinate schedules to facilitate the completion of Task Orders (TO), change proposals, contract deliverables, reviews, briefings, and presentations.
- Perform analysis, development, and review of program administrative operating procedures.
- Work closely with the Program Manager to ensure project compliance and efficiency.
Your Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- General Experience: At least three (3) years of experience working with project management tools and reporting systems. Familiarity with government contracts, work breakdown structures, management/business plans, and program reporting.
- Specialized Experience: At least two (2) years of direct program experience in contract administration and preparing management reports. Must have worked in support of a Program Manager on a government contract.
Location: Various client sites throughout the state of Maryland.
