As a Resident Experience Specialist BTR, you will play a vital role in ensuring the daily marketing, administrative, and financial operation of our build-to-rent communities run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective tenants, current residents, and property staff by utilizing in-depth knowledge of the community and its functions.
- Maintain information concerning construction projects, rehab upgrades, amenities, facilities, services, and activities for the community.
- Inspect pre-leased homes prior to resident move-in dates and coordinate changes regarding resident move-outs.
- Assist with leasing job duties, including touring prospective residents and preparing lease agreements.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to travel a minimum of 60%
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal skills, and professional demeanor
- Basic computer knowledge/office equipment skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational/multi-tasking skills
