IOP Program Assistant
IOP Program Assistant – Support, Organize, and Make a Difference!
Are you passionate about helping children and adolescents succeed in a structured, supportive environment? BHcare is seeking an IOP Program Assistant to provide behavioral support during group sessions and assist with administrative and case coordination tasks.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist children in following program rules and engaging in group activities
- Support clinicians in maintaining a safe and structured environment
- Coordinate case management and maintain accurate client records
- Prepare and distribute weekly reports for IOP staff
- Manage program supplies and facilitate communication with prior treatment providers
- Provide individual support to clients during moments of crisis
- Attend team meetings and participate in training for professional development
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field required
- Experience: 1 year working with children/adolescents in behavioral health or special education (preferred)
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and ability to navigate electronic health records (EHR)
- Team Player: Strong communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in human services related field required.
- One year of experience in a setting serving children and adolescents with mental, behavioral or special education needs in a paraprofessional position is preferred.
- Must have working knowledge of computer applications, and if applicable ability to navigate through electronic health record.
Salary : $22 - $31
