- Provide strategic direction and guidance to cross-functional teams
- Responsible for adherence to both capital and operations & maintenance budgets and schedules
- Utilize, maintain, and develop specifications related to field engineering functions (design and construction, materials, repairs, etc.)
Requirements:
- Seven years of relevant engineering experience
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to serve as team project lead
- Strong oral and written communication skills (includes technical writing)
