- Monitoring the Account Health Dashboard to identify and resolve violations, claims, and alerts.
- Responding promptly and professionally to Amazon cases.
- Tracking and documenting case progress and resolutions.
- Managing stranded inventory and ensuring product availability.
- Creating and updating listings, UPCs, and SKUs.
- Addressing customer inquiries via email and phone.
- Performing data entry and administrative tasks.
- Assisting with quality control by reviewing product samples.
