Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Scrum Master to lead projects and coordinate with teams to ensure delivery of high-quality software. The successful candidate should be able to communicate effectively and be comfortable with Agile and Scrum principles. The Scrum Master will be responsible for guiding and motivating the team, driving process improvements, and helping the team to reach their goals.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a Scrum Master role
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles
